The impressive Cathedral of St Moritz (13th century) to the east of Martplatz, Bremen, Germany, with sculptures of Moses and David, Peter and Paul, and Charlemagne, taken by Arthur I. Smith, 769th Ordnance Company before returning home at the end of WWII.

WWII Photo I2 is a church in Bremen, Germany, on the North Sea. This is  the church as it appears today. The area of Bremen  and Bremerhaven, Germany, is where many American soldiers wound up before their departure to the United States and discharge from the service at the end of WWII.
