NOTE:

  1. Suitehotel Potsdamerplatz has no restaurant and the hotel dinner included in Berlin has been switched to a restaurant. Instead of adding the lunch at the Berliner Fernsehturm (TV Tower restaurant), this venue has been proposed as the aforementioned dinner restaurant.
  2. Rooms at the Central Hotel in Torgau are a choice of double bedded rooms or single bedded rooms. In order to accommodate twin-bedded requirements an additional single bed is added to the room giving a bed configuration of  1 double bed and 1 single bed. The additional cost of this extra bed  is reflected in the tour price and for couples requiring a double bedded room the reduction quoted is applicable
  3. The search for an alternative hotel to the Mercure Montmartre is underway. Several suitable alternative Accor hotels (Mercure, Novotel, etc.) have been ruled out because they are full. Accor are presently looking at some of their other properties. Meanwhile the Home Plazza les Jardins du Marais is available, but at a supplement of $69 per person per night (twinshare). An option for 18 twins and 10 singles is held at the Home Plazza until 16 December. This is a 4-star Superior First Class category hotel, in comparison to the Mercure Montmartre, which is 3-star First Class.
  4. “Capacity Held” excludes single room accommodation also held for the tour manager and touring coach driver.
